Out And About: MUJJO Fisheye Pro Lens + Pictures

Happy Wednesday!

This past June, I received an email from a company based in the Netherlands called MUJJO and they offered to send me an item to review. Because I didn't have my iPad yet at the time, I couldn't really go for one of their sleeves collection.... so I ended up getting their Fisheye Pro Lens:

Fisheye Pro For Your Mobile

Simply stick your Mujjo fisheye lens on your mobile phone and you are ready to go and play! Take it with you everywhere so you’re always ready to record the greatest moments in life with the special fisheye effect! Each lens is outfitted with a sticky magnet ring (which need to be placed on the phone) so you can easily attach or remove it from your phone! The Mujjo Fisheye PRO lens comes with a phone strap so you can always carry it with you.

The Mujjo Fisheye PRO lens also includes a little bungee cord so that you can always carry this lens with you! Works well on lenses that are not bigger than 1cm in diameter.

The Mujjo Fisheye Lens can easily be adapted on any mobile phone (with camera) using its sticky adapter. So extend your HTC, iPad, Blackberry, iPhone, LG, Sony Ericsson, Nokia, Samsung or whatever phone or tablet you got with the Mujjo Fisheye l.

With all your friends on the same webcam!

With the Mujjo Fisheye PRO lens your webcam experience will never be as before. From now on you won’t be limited to filming only yourself. Birthday party? Why not use the cam with all of you guys?

I remember when Fisheye Cameras from Urban Outfitters were all the rage, so I was super excited to see this particular product on MUJJO's website!

It's a great product to have if you want to give your pictures a different feel and look.
It totally upgraded my iPhone camera, haha! Now I get to have cool fisheye photos! :)

The lens come with magnetic rings (pictured above) that stick to the camera part of you iPhone or other gadgets.
It's good that they give a few of the magnetic rings because that way we can use the Fisheye lens on things other than our iPhone.

I just wish they'd include a little carrying case, but they have the little bungee cord -- that works out okay. :)

Price: €39.95 (or $53.15 for us over here in America)
A little pricey, so I guess ultimately it depends on whether or not you really want it and if you're gonna get a lot of use out of it.

To help you decide, here are some photos I took using my MUJJO Fisheye Pro Lens:

My outfit = will be featured on a separate post! ;)

OASAP #2: Contrast Animal Print Long Sleeve Shirt + Outfit

Happy Monday!

On Saturday, I shared with you guys the first part of my OASAP haul... and now it's time for Part 2, yay! :D

The second item I chose is the Contrast Animal Print Long Sleeve Shirt:

The shirt featuring overall animal print, contrast basic collar, full buttoned front placket, and long cuffed sleeve with button closure. In a regular fit.

This season, keep an eye out for shirts or blouses to take you from day to night.
Print shirts or blouses also look stunning and are on trend. Looks amazing with a pair of cool shorts or jeans and a pair of creepers.

Price: $26.90
Sizes: Small, Medium, Large

When I was a teenager, I didn't like shirts like this because I found them too restricting and too "grown-up"... but now that I am older, I absolutely love them! :)

I like how they can go from day to night (as the description above points out).
You can pair this shirt with virtually anything -- jeans, shorts, skirts, etc.
I was gonna say leggings, but it's actually not long enough to cover your behind, so that may be a problem if you want to wear leggings with it. Besides that and the small detail of some extra thread around the buttons, there's really nothing bad about this shirt.

This looks great by itself and it would also look amazing with a blazer on if you want to wear it to work.

There are a thousand possibilities of styling this shirt... shorts and sandals to go super casual, jeans and ballet flats for semi-casual, and skirt and pumps for a dressy look -- I'm sure you guys can think of more! ;)

I got it in a size Medium and it fits just right.
Their size guide really helps a lot, so make sure you take advantage of it.

Front

I went for the dressy look, haha! ;)

I wore my shirt to dinner with my friends.
I wanted to get all dolled up for the night, so I paired my shirt with my teal skater skirt... I kept the rest of my look simple by wearing dangling earrings and simple rings. :)

Back

A look at my shirt:

I tucked it into my skirt for a more polished look, but I didn't button it all the way up because I didn't want to look too formal. ;)

The Print

Isn't the print so cute?!
I love it!

Shoulder Detail

The shoulder part also has a really pretty and delicate ruched detail.

Cuffed Sleeve with Button Closure

Since it's a bit chilly at night, I decided to wear the long sleeves all the way down with the cuffs buttoned.
You can also definitely fold them up for a more casual look.

Contrast Basic Collar

Button it all the way up or not -- either way, it looks great! :)

Other parts of my outfit:

I wore my shirt with this teal skirt I bought on sale from Forever 21 -- it was only $6.99!
It actually has a black waistband, but I folded it because it looked a bit off with the cream detail of the top.

I wore my JS by Jessica Simpson Oscar Patent Leather Pumps.

Having a pair of nude pumps is a definite necessity!
More on these pumps on a separate post, I promise! ;)

Because the print is already so busy, I decided not to wear a necklace.
Instead I just went for these dangling earrings from Forever 21... I really love my earrings -- when I saw them, I knew I had to get them! ;)

By the way, I wore my hair up in a loose top knot.

Sorry, I didn't have time to paint my nails! :/

Since I buttoned my sleeves, I ended up not wearing arm candy... I just went for these simple rings.

Not pictured: A bag.
I didn't really bring a bag, I just brought my wallet and phone with me, haha. ;)

So yup, I am very happy with this shirt. At $26.90, it's a great buy!
We can definitely get a lot of use out of it. :)

Monday, oh Monday...

I used to hate Mondays as a kid because it meant another full week of school ahead, but since we pretty much have the final say on our class schedule (although not in the amount of work, unfortunately) in college, I don't really hate it that much anymore.

I try to see Mondays as another fresh start -- we get a new week, a new chance to start the things we said we'd start last week.
I really hope I keep this optimistic outlook forever, haha! ;)

Happy Monday! :D

OASAP #1: Short Sleeve High-Low Tee + Outfit

Happy Saturday! :)

Last night, I gave you guys a sneak peek of the items I got from OASAP and now it's time to talk about Item #1...

The first item I chose is the Short Sleeve High-Low Tee:

The tee featuring high-low hemline. Scoop neckline. Short sleeve. Patched pocket at chest. At long length cut.

A big top with high-low design. The large size has a comfortable feel and plenty of length and coverage for your hips.
For a good day look, you cannot beat a casual top with a pair of shorts and some cute summer jewelry.

Price: $27.90
One Size: Length -- 73-82cm/ Bust -- 114cm

This is a really good basic tee to have in our closet.
The length makes it really versatile -- we can wear it as a regular shirt, or if you'd like, as a dress!
I'm not usually too keen on ordering items that are one size, but with shirts like this, it works well -- it's quite literally "one size fits all".

It's also really soft and so comfy!
It's light enough to wear during the summer and good for layering when it starts to get cold.
Another thing I love about this tee is how we can dress it up and dress it down -- you guys know how much I love items like that. ;)

This is how I wore my Short Sleeve High-Low Tee:

I wore my shirt for a day of running errands and walking around the mall.
I wanted to wear something casual and comfy, so I paired my shirt with mint-colored jeans... and then I just accessorized to liven up the look. :)

A look at my shirt:

By the way, it's really color white (just as pictured on the website), it just doesn't look like it on my outfit photos because of the filter I used. ;)

Scoop Neckline

I find some scoop necklines to be quite stifling, but not this one -- this is just perfect!

Patched Pocket

There's really no particular function for this pocket, it's purely aesthetic... but, I think it adds a nice balance to the shirt.

Sleeve

The sleeves are longer than your average t-shirt, but it's no problem -- you can always fold it! ;)

Other parts of my outfit:

I wore my shirt with mint-colored jeans that I got from Walmart -- I don't usually find clothes that I like at Walmart, so it was a surprise when I found this. ;)

I also wore my trusty Michael Kors sandals -- which you can see a peek of in the photo above...

And I doubled up the Michael Kors love in this outfit with this brown Michael Kors bag which I got from my Mom. :)

A look at my accessories:

Gold, gold, gold!

Necklace from LOFT = LOVE! :D

Simple rings and aviator sunglasses...

And I also took a stab at sporting some arm candy! ;)

I found really cool bracelets from my long-forgotten jewelry collection, haha!
And I'm happy to finally show you guys this watch I got from New York & Company -- it's only $26 and although it's not as big as the Michael Kors watch I want (It's official: I am a Michael Kors lover!), this is good enough to hold me over until I can buy one. ;)

Now, back to the shirt...

It is also available in

blue, rose pink, and black. :)

I definitely want to get this shirt in Blue and Black! :D

Everyone and their mother (that phrase always makes me laugh, haha!) has been raving about this particular shade of blush from Nars... and I wanna jump in the bandwagon!

This is definitely at the top of my to-buy list! ;)

Firmoo: Summer Must-Have Item -- Tinted RX Sunnies

Happy Friday!

There are days when I do not feel like wearing my eyeglasses because it's so bright out, I need to wear my sunglasses... and if I don't wear contacts with them, I can't see a thing = dilemma!
But Firmoo has the solution to that problem -- Tinted RX Sunnies! :)

Firmoo knows that as a bespectacled person, we sometimes feel awkward when we head out on a sunny day, especially during summer. Standing under strong sunlight, it's hard to keep our eyes open. So for this summer, they think a pair of tinted prescription sunglasses is a visual aid (which features lenses that are colored or darkened or polarized) that can protect our eyes from the sun's glare. More exciting news = there are a variety colors/tints to choose from. If you have not tried this before, you can try to get your first pair for free (tinted prescription sunglasses) at Firmoo.com.

If you are a fashionista and already own a few pairs of eye glasses, think about a nice pair of prescription sunglasses that you can use for driving.

Style Spotlight: The Duchess of Cambridge [Part 2]

Happy Thursday!

I was supposed to do a Part 2 of my Style Spotlight post on the Duchess of Cambridge back in April, but I wasn't able to because I got really busy with school, so that plan was a no-go... but now, we can take a look back at the Duchess' maternity style because the Royal Baby has arrived!

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge welcomed HRH Prince George Alexander Louis of Cambridge into the world on Tuesday... and here are some of the outfits the Duchess wore while pregnant with the new little prince:

The first outfit Duchess Catherine wore after her pregnancy was announced was this cute scarf-coat-boots combo -- I really like it!
I also love how she wore her hair half-up/half-down... and the gorgeous yellow flowers were a nice touch!

I'm not really too crazy about a lot of these ensembles, but I really loved her green Alexander McQueen gown, the white collared coat she wore for an official engagement, and the green Emilia Wickstead coat she wore for St. Patrick's Day.

I loved loved loved Duchess Catherine's yellow Emilia Wickstead coat!
Her peach/coral-colored outfit was also really lovely. And she looked amazing in her Jenny Packham ensemble for the celebration of the 60th anniversary of the Queen's coronation -- the whole look is just perfection!

I'm not too keen on the outfit she wore to the Harry Potter Studios, but the Duchess seemed to love it so much, she wore it twice! ;)

These are the last two outfits she wore on her official outings, and they were classic Kate. :)

Here are also some of the Duchess' casual outfits:

I want her Zara poncho!
And look, the Duchess wore sneakers!!! :D

I also think it's really cool that she seems to have a favorite "bag-of-the-moment" -- she was photographed with her gray Tod's bag three times!
(By the way, from a far, this bag looks a little bit like my Twisted Orchid bag, haha!)

And lastly, the big reveal:

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge with their newborn son, Prince George of Cambridge

I think it'd be nice to end this post with the Duchess' first official outfit as a Mom Mum!
I love love love this blue Jenny Packham dress -- it's perfect!
And I love how they are both wearing blue = blue for baby boy!

I am definitely looking forward to seeing more of Duchess Catherine's ensembles... and of course, Prince George's wee outfits! :)

What do you guys think of the Duchess of Cambridge's maternity style?
Which of these outfits are on your favorites list?

I hope you're all having a lovely week -- the weekend is almost here! ;)
